Financial Business Partner
As a global leader within the Property Services sector, this established real estate management group provides market leading, end-to-end solutions and “best in class” occupiers and investors services to a brand-name international client portfolio. A high profile and complex EMEA transformation programme and integration project, following a merger of two large businesses, has created an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to undertake a Financial Business Partner role. Supporting a key global business division, you will be responsible for finance business partnering an EMEA division (Country group), Senior Financial Analyst (Head of FP&A & Reporting) and the CFO on financial strategy, financial planning & analysis, forecasting and competitor analysis, alongside the management of BPO objectives in management reporting on revenue, expenses and profit targets. Your brief includes:
•Supporting an EMEA division (Country group), Senior Financial Analyst (Head of FP&A & Reporting) and the CFO in driving key financial decisions including capital appraisals & investments, acquisitions & disposals
•Development & delivery of insightful financial management & business information analysis aligned with key business drivers
•Driving client profitability analysis & development of client, product & service account P&L
•Preparation of all commercial proposals, business cases & contracts for approval
•Generating insights & analysis from MI / BI and providing recommendations leading on positive outcomes
•Supporting the orchestration of divisional forecasting & budgeting processes
•Development of financial strategy including planning, budgets, financial trends, forecasts & consolidation reporting
•Development of, monitoring & challenging strategic growth plans & financial performance
•Supporting Divisional on year-end statutory & regulatory reporting & audit requirements
•Liaison with BPO to ensure delivery of end to end finance (MI/BI) reporting processes
•Production of monthly management information for EMEA Head Office
As a graduate Big 4 trained qualified ACA or ACCA accountant, with a strong track record in EMEA or international Financial Business Partnering (FP&A or Revenue analysis & control) gained within a large global business, you will demonstrate exposure to a BPO model or retained Finance Shared Service (FSSC) environment, experience of senior stakeholder management (EXCOM C-suite level) and the ability to translate financial data into commercial language. The role demands commercial focus, outstanding interpersonal skills and confidence in business partnering senior stakeholders.
