Residential Property Solicitor- Head of Department
Residential Property Head of Department, leading Cheshire practice.
A rare opportunity has arisen for a residential property solicitor to manage the conveyancing team of this leading, regional law firm based in Cheshire. With offices across the region, this opportunity is to be based out of the firm's Wilmslow office.
The firm has continued to grow at an impressive rate in recent years and now has a large, unified and ambitious team taking their local markets by storm in each of their national offices. It has grown through acquisition and lateral hires and boasts an enviable client base being serviced by some of the best lawyers around. It is an entrepreneurial firm and this spirit is fostered through the entire firm at all levels.
The residential property team aims to stand out from the crowd by offering an outstanding tailored service to each and every client it represents across England and Wales. The conveyancing team is highly experienced and service driven and its main focus is to be easily accessible and to always remain in regular contact with the client.
This role will be based in the Wilmslow office and will involve overseeing a small team to include a solicitor and a paralegal and also handling your own caseload of residential property transactions to include:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Registered and unregistered properties
* Transfers and releases of equity
* New Build purchases
* Shared ownerships
* Lease extensions
Previous managerial experience is essential.
Approach is everything and, without doubt, what sets this firm apart is its culture; summed up in one word - team. If you have a collegiate approach, are tired of the 'traditional law firm' and want to be part of something different then this is a must explore opportunity to step into the limelight and be part of something special. This is an excellent opportunity to develop what is already a successful service offering so an ambitious solicitor with the desire to succeed is key.
