Job Description:

A leading office refreshment company in the Parsippany, NJ is seeking an experienced Sales Director to manage its New York and New Jersey sales team. The key responsibility will be to oversee the addition of new business and to maintain and grow existing accounts to help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maximize sales team revenue * Develop sales strategy that aligns with company's business goals/visions * Achieve sales goals * Implement strategic business plan designed to expand company's customer base * Build, maintain, and engage in strong, long-lasting customer relationships by working with your team and partnering with them and understanding our clients needs * Present Sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team * Stay on par with market trends and shifts while monitoring new products and competition REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent communication, organization, leadership and coaching skills * Ability to work across departments to achieve company goals and objectives * BS/MS degree * Minimum five years of successful experience as a sales rep or manager who consistently met and exceeded targets (must be able to prove) * Business to business sales experience preferred * Proven ability to drive the sales process through your team * Experience with CRM applications Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
