Job Description:

We are "changing lives with affordable technology" which means we are the leading provider of Refurbished Recertified Technology from brand names such as Acer, HP, Dell, DeLonghi, etc. These products are then sold through major retailers like Bestbuy.com, Amazon, Walmart.com, Groupon, Woot, eBay, etc. Selling refurbished products has become one of the hottest markets in the world. The demographics of our customers are 18 to 35 and are looking for major brands at a great prices, shopping online with support and with a warranty from major brands, and purchased from retailers they trust. We are seeking a skilled, Executive Assistant who is tech savvy and has experience booking domestic and international travel. Responsibilities: * Develop Company's brand awareness through educational based marketing methods. * Marketing Company's services directly to key IT decision makers within Fortune 500 companies and/or large channel resellers (VAR). * Research, select, implement and train the CRM system. * Manage CRM systems to track where leads come from and how they are converted in the marketing and sales cycle for repeat success. * Build promotions and launches around Company's products and services. * Produce marketing collateral for all mediums. * Develop presentations for large and small groups (face-to-face and through webinars). * Respond to RFP and build proactive proposals for BDM's to solicit new business. * Leverage industry associations & clients for: referrals, papers, articles, presentations, etc. * Develop, plan and manage: webinars, lunch & learns, email and mail campaigns, social media, PR releases, etc. * Plan and manage multiple outsourced resources to get the highest quality for the best price. * Responsible for all aspects of trade show. Requirements: * Educational based marketing - Foundational methodology in education based selling / insights selling: (i.e., Sandler, Huthwaite, Miller Heiman, etc.) * At least 1 year of solid - CRM System - Research, Select, Implement and Train * At least 3 years of solid IT product/ services marketing experience * Travel to see clients, prospects, shows, etc. * Driven and Confident to get the job done, not afraid to ask questions * Working on personal growth and professional growth * Likes to own and solve everything * Thinks Win/Win Always * Can be innovative and is willing to try new things Paid vacation time, 401K Plan and Medical, Dental & Vision plans for employees and their families.
