In-house Commercial Solicitor - Surrey / South London.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a global professional services firm.

They are currently looking to recruit an experienced qualified Solicitor into their Legal Department to be involved in reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, including complex software contracts and related documents (including non-disclosure agreements) and licensing agreements. You will also advise on a range of technology and software related legal matters and IP and trade mark work including Intellectual Property Rights.

The ideal candidate for this role would need to be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE. Strong experience of reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts is essential and experience and/or interest with the software / technology or insurance industry would be a big advantage, along with IT and IP experience.

Applications are welcome from solicitors with an in-house or private practice background, but strong commercial contracts experience is a must.
