Our global, market leading client is searching for a general Commercial Solicitor to join their legal team based at their St Neots office on a temporary basis. Reporting into the Associate General Counsel, you will be working on a wide variety of commercial legal matters in a small legal team.

The position will involve working on all aspects of commercial law, with a focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements, customer and supply contracts and other ad hoc legal matters. Candidates with experience of data protection / GDPR will be of interest.

The successful candidate must have proven experience of working in an in-house legal environment, demonstrable contract drafting and reviewing abilities and impeccable time management skills.

Our client envisages that candidates with 2 - 4 years PQE will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position; however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
